This dry cleaner is right up the street from her barn and so we thought we would give them a try. She dropped it off and was going to pick it up a week later. Six days later, my daughter calls the dry cleaner to ask if the jacket is ready and if they could pick it up early. The woman informs my daughter that they were not able to clean the jacket and we can try to clean it at home instead. I went in the next morning – a week exactly since the jacket have been dropped off – and the woman explained that the jacket says on it do not dry clean, (which is on us and we should have noticed) but because of that they did nothing with it and didn’t call to tell us or anything. I told her that I completely understand why they did not dry clean the jacket, but I was really disappointed that they did not call me and just tell us that they couldn’t clean it. Here I am a week later, assuming we are picking up the cleaned jacket that we need for the next day and it is an absolute mess. She told me that she got busy and forgot to call us. This was a week to the day since it had been dropped off. Super disappointed and won’t bring them anything again.
